以下係本港地契既sample tree protection clause:
(a) No tree growing on the lot or adjacent thereto shall be removed or interfered with without the prior written consent of the Director who may, in granting consent, impose such conditions as to transplanting, compensatory landscaping or replanting as he may deem appropriate.
(b) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-clause (a) of this Special Conditions, the Purchaser shall preserve and shall not fell, remove or interfere with the tree(s) shown and marked on the plan annexed hereto as [species name(s) of the identified tree of particular value or other identification reference(s)] and shall at his own expense and in all respects to the satisfaction of the Director keep and maintain the said [species name(s) of the identified tree of particular value or other identification reference(s)] in a healthy condition throughout the term hereby agreed to be granted.
(c) Save with the prior written consent of the Director, no building or structure or support for any building or structure may be erected or constructed on, over, above, under, below or within the area(s) shown coloured [designation of an area for each identified tree of particular value in accordance with its tree canopy] on the plan annexed hereto.
