Yours is definitely a Liposcelis sp.  but there are a number of species of this Genus found in Hong Kong.

According to the key provided by the Entomology and Plant Pathology of the Oklahoma State University,

The abdominal terga 3-4 of your psocid have posterior membranous band.  Thus it belongs to Section II
Your psocid is brownish instead of yellowish in colour.  Antennae and palpi are quite obvious instead of pale.  Added the fact, L. corrodens is not found in China while L. bostrychophila is very common in HK, I think your psocid could be:
