Since I've not been there for many years so I'd like to ask: Is the target site located at the small area which adjacent to Ting Kok RD's open space car park?作者:

If your comments are on environmental impacts only, you can send to EPD before 22/12/2007. However, if your comments also mention other non-environmental issues, please copy your comments to other relevant departments.
For example, EPD will not deal with matters on "need for the project". Therefore, if your comments also mention "need of the project", please also copy to the applicant (Civil Engineering & Development Department), Home Affairs Department and Lesure & Cultural Services Department. You may also copy to the media, green groups, ACE, and even the Chief Executive Office.
My previous experience tell me that it really works!
