I have trawled my books / online for this and the nearest I can get is Callibotys sp. 1 in Roger's thesis. However that would be decidedly unlikely with only one September record at the time of the writing.

Suggestions or positive ID appreciated.

This is the "Callibotys sp. 1"
I saw this also last night at Hoi Ha Wan.
The placement is now
"Eusabena sp. nr. monosticatalis" (an Australian species)

Excellent - thank you Roger. Possibly under-recorded and bivoltine?

This Spilomelinae species is a bit of a mystery. Several specimens have been retained over the last decade or so.  Possibly placed in the genus Eusabena, though until such time as a male specimen is dis-sected and compared with likely candidates, we will never know....

comparison with material at the BMNH, London places this as either Dichocrocis plenistigmalis, or very near to it (pretty much identical on external features to Warren's type series from Meghalaya, India.)
