This is one of the Selepa species, probably S. molybdea, though the lighting on the moth suggests a lot of reflected light from a flash unit, so I'd be hesitant to be 100% sure of the i.d. as both S. celtis and S. discigera are also possibilities going on the adult, though the larva doesn't look right for discigera.
Noctuidae, Nolinae, tribal placement not defined, though possibly allied to Westermanniini
