請問是一種渦蟲嗎? ID Please

Is it a flatworm
Size is about 12mm in length. Cannot tell which side is its head. @_@

利申 : 手指只是拍照時稍為固定葉片，沒有接觸這小動物。

It is a leech instead. The sharper end is the head.

暫時的ID是Geonemertes sp. 地紐蟲
不是渦蟲, 也不是蛭
比較尖, 有眼的一面是頭
