Can't id this to genus or species as you've focused on the reflection that shows the very plain underside. Need to see the top side clearly to have any chance of id to species. The moth belongs to the family Pyralidae, subfamily Phycitinae (sometimes known as "knot-horn" moths), which is a very species rich group (at least 75 species in Hong Kong) and lots looking very similar, making i.d. difficult.
Did you take a clear photo of the dorsal view?
b.t.w., what do you think of the sigma macro 180mm lens, and how close can it focus?
