Found some larvae in some pockets of folded leaf tips of Cratoxylum cochinchinense, on a hillside in Shau Kei Wan. At that time, they were around 1 cm long. They stayed in their pockets until night when they would venture out to eat. They then pupated in the same pockets, leaving some strands of silk extending slightly from the pocket ends. This reveals when the pupa has formed. One eclosed in December; 3 more eclosed the third week of February. ws is 17 mm. The wings are really quite fragile.
